Academic Idol

I was on line today for a tasty FIVE DOLLAR FOOTLONG and this guy found out I studied physics and thanked me for changing the world. I went back to my office, ate my delicious FIVE DOLLAR FOOTLONG, and proceeded to drown 6 kittens, as I do every Thursday morning.

you say 6 kittens, and yet i see 7, one hiding behind the gentlemen in the foreground. please choose images that accurately display the meaning of your post. i feel like i have no true judgement on the number of kittens you drown.

So I read this book called The Secret and they say those who master The Secret and apply it are "winners in the game of life" and one of the main guys is a quantum physicist who discovered Top Quark, the last subatomic particle, at Fermi National Laboratory in 1995. And he says the Law of Attraction is the way to make anything happen in your life so yeah I agree with that guy at Subway when I say "thank you John" for changing the world with your physics and The Secret, I can finally see my dreams.

However, I am not sure about your story. Not only are there 7 kittens as Slayjak wisely noted but don't you usually eat these "five dollar foot longs" for lunch...or even dinner??? Yet you say you "proceeded to drown 6 kittens, as I do every Thursday morning." What were you doing eating a sandwich in the morning??? They have a breakfast menu there. It doesn't add up. Curious.

You should have payed it forward and thanked your cashier for the reasonably priced treat that is the FIVE DOLLAR FOOTLONG.
